Snapshot was as impressive as Mott expected him to be that day at Churchill. Mott told me an hour later before the Derby Trial, that had he heard about Cash Refund beforehand, he'd have scratched. 3-1 was a gift just now on Snapshot.

I made my opinion on Cash Refund obvious with the Bloodhorse piece... I suggested to Margolis and Klien to wait the full 42 days and run in the Woody Stephens after the monster ALW performance. I hope he isn't coming back too quick here. Spoke to Margolis Thursday and he said the gelding was acting good.

Can't win 'em all

Would take him in that matchup again if I'm given the chance, but Capt. ran a good one today.

The Cash Refund camp are aiming for the Jersey Shore (200k) at MP in six weeks. The spacing and drop back to 6f will suit him just fine...
