Cross fired? Please help the ignorant. Changing leads back and forth? No idea..........

It means they are on one lead up front and on the opposite lead behind. This filly was on her right lead up front but on her left lead behind for the first few strides of the video. But after a few strides, she switched leads behind and got on her right lead behind. A horse should always be on the same lead behind as they are on in front.
