Glad to hear Bob Neumeier is doing okay. He and Mike Battaglia and Bob Costas were my favorites on NBC's telecasts (Gary Stevens is good too, but I mean back when I first started watching horse racing).

Steve, I don't suppose you can get anywhere near the NBC folks on Saturday and tell them we're sending our thoughts and prayers to Bob, could you?

I think he calls or called the Boston Bruins games, hope he gets well especially with the Bruins looking to go deep this playoffs.

Neumeir called Bruins games on the radio in the late 90s/early 2000s. Some lean years for the Bs, but Bob did his best to make the games as enjoyable as possible. Have always been a big fan of his; hockey, track and field and especially horse racing. Here's to a speedy recovery.

Great to see you back Bob! I was looking at the tv and went 'whoa, he's all better!' I did a double take when he came on. Even if he was fine and recovering for some reason I figured he might take a longer break. Maybe it's just because the Preakness always feels like it comes up before you know it.
