I hope a rain cloud follows them whereever they go.

Either she is the best or she isn't.

Not.....she is the best on sunny days where no other graded stakes horses enter and they are assured of a fast pace and the other entrants have not gone this distance before.

Geez!

She's an undefeated bigtime West Coast horse ... you'd expect them to be over protective of her.

Heck, they think it's cruel to run her against that laughable group of slowpoke older males because she's a female.

The connections of these 2 super talented fillies need to grow a pair.

Its commonplace in Europe.

Oh I forgot...If Ruffian and 8 Belles hadnt been racing against the boys, they never would have broke down.

I don't blame Rachel's connections for going the Oaks route.

When Stardom Bound was supposed to be like almost everyone's pick to win the race .. and she was laughable ... and the 3yo males looked so deep - this was the smart route.

As it turns out ... maybe they could have won the Derby with her. But they did what was prudent.

One Caroline romps here. And as far as Lady Z, I really don't see why they shipped her to Ky for her first race back anyway. Now they shipped her across the country for nothing. I want her to run on the east coast but her first race back?? didnt make sense to me.

Well it turns out they made the right decision. The track is in horrible shape and One Caroline proved to be a monster!

Here's Moss and Shireffs watching the race from the balcony of Millionaire's Row...
