On the form they have shown, you are correct, it isn't a great field but the potential of some of these is massive. I wouldn't be in any rush to call it a terrible race. Lets not forget, it's only a conditions race.

I find it strange O'Brien didn't declare any of his entries, especially when he said he'd support the race.

Haashed is a horse of serious potential. Don't be too skeptical of his form when the second was beaten at odds on next time. He won that race very easily and the time was very good. He is held in the highest regard by Mark Johnston. Some people will wonder why he started on the All Weather if he thinks he is special, but we have seen in the past that Mark isn't worried if he starts Royal Ascot winners on the all weather

If he wins easily on Wednesday (every chance that will happen) I wouldn't discount him in the top races this year.

It doesn't bother me that Richard Hills prefers the other Hamdan runner, Spencer rode Haashed on his debut and gave him a cracking ride.
