People with Clinical Depression aren't that way. I don't know why anybody would ever use the term"Retard," or "Retarded" in a thread about somebody who had Depression, Anxiety etc. She just said the woman was smart. These diseases are very far apart, and probably the reason Depression is poorly treated is due somewhat to many people thinking it's related to Retardation. And I understand what "retardation" is...How many mental illness homes you been in? I've been in plenty visting my Bro in Law and know there are both Retarded people there and those with Mental Illness.
