Fred dated a girl moved in and when she wanted to open a spa he parlayed every cent, max out all his credit cards, borrowed from friends, only to find the girl split and leave him with a dream he never wanted and a nightmare in debt.

Why am I telling you this? Well, today my handicapping buddy won the Beulah handicapping contest over some 200+ people and took home a well disserved $22K as well as a trip to the finals in Vegas.

I've never been so happy for someone else. He diserves it and it couldn't happen to a nicer guy. Look out Vegas, Fred's coming!
Great Story! I tell you there is nothing more satisfying in this world untill you hit big at the track. I wish him best of Luck!

I always root for the guy that wants to leave his wife, while she is battling cancer. That is true
I'm sure there is more to the story but it just sounds wrong.

There's a lot more...she was very, very bad to him...serious abusive bad for years...and when he was just about to leave, she was diangosed with terminal cancer. She treated him worse as she battled and finally past away, but he would not leave her on her own, as no one else would have been there. He sacrificed himself for years for someone who treated him like shiat, but felt he had to at his own expense.
