I was gonna leave this insanity alone, you have lapsed into one of the worst cases of religious intolerance I 've seen in ages but I won't let you get away with a lie...I have NEVER stated that I don't like religion and you damn well know it. My beef, as I've said many times is not with Christianity but with folks who pervert it's teachings. If you weren't so full of hate and intolerance for anyone that disagrees with you perhaps you'd take the time to actually read what others say and learn what they believe. You have exposed yourself in this thread to be a self-righteous hypocrite...you've attacked everyone who has any view other than your own and mocked my faith as well as the beliefs of others. You want to fill your heart with hate, that's your business but you will not lie about me or my beliefs to defend your ignorance...I respect Christianity as well as all the other monotheistic religions of the world...my faith teaches me that all worship the SAME supreme being...call that entity God, Jehovah, Allah or The One. Follow the path of any of them and you'll reach the divine, we have no need to recruit, no need to condemn, no need to "dislike" Christianity or any other religion. Every time I talk in a way that doesn't suit you then you blast into this fanatical response on how mean I am to you. you got a short memory,pal. when you were having problems for many months...who contacted you? Doesn't sound like hate to me! If wanting an HONEST dialogue,with no agenda, is mocking your faith and attacking you, then I'm probably guilty. We've talked before about the structure or institution of religion, and I've agreed WITH you that the institutions are the problem...did you forget those disscussions?
In case you've forgotten, discussion was part of the 1st ammendment.....that's still good here,right? My major problem with you guys is that you lump conservatives with Christianity completely. I was a conservative long before I became a Christian, hence my feeling that you're arguement doesn't stand. Seems to me that's a simple answer for you.....other than that, I can't help you.
