![]() After reading a few articles on state laws limiting voting rights, and debate on the definition of "mental incompetence", I do agree with rescinding the right to vote for reasons of diminished capacity. But, we don't give out competency exams when people register to vote.
Would a belief that the world is round, or belief in creationism be sufficient to prove diminished capacity? What is the IQ cut-off? How about past drug/alcohol use? |
