Im so glad that people are going to get their mortage rates lowered and that we are going to borrow some more money from China . It is really awesome that people who have been paying their mortages all along and not living beyond their means will get to keep paying the same rate while all the people who couldnt afford the loans in the first place are going to get government help. It also creates joy in my heart to know that American lending institutions can lend money to people who on paper cant afford it and that they will be rewarded in the end also, This is such a great day I think ill go buy a dollar hambuger and celebrate before my dollar is worth 50 cents.
