He can't do this stuff, because your party is gunna fight him in Congress. That's why it isn't possible. You know that, you make it impossible, and then you claim he is the one who can't do it. It's mainly a leadership position. I don't blame Bush for not being able to privatize Social Security. HE DIDN'T HAVE THE VOTES TO DO IT. Not like he didn't want to do it. He didn't fail to do it. He was kept from doing it.

If he wins the presidency, and his party controls both houses of congress, he won't have any excuses, HE WILL HAVE THE VOTES. What can Republicans do to stop him? Bush had trouble with Social Security because he did not control congress.
