Did he win the Derby and Preakness wire-to-wire?

And how far out of it exactly was he in the Haskell? A length and a half, maybe?

Most of the problems he "overcame" in the Haskell probably had more to do with his own physical condition then any circumstances related to how the race setup or was ultimately run.

In that regard, Big Brown's Haskell was a step below his other performances, and a red flag as far as future efforts are concerned. Of course, if the Belmont effort didn't cause them to back off, certainly him winning in New Jersey isn't going to stop IEAH from their masterplan.
