![]() There's a diner on Broadway south of town - I forget the name - may actually be "Saratoga Diner" , but it's always packed... anyhow waited one morning for about 45 minutes and to be honest, it was less than average.
The best and most uncrowded buffet in town that I've found is at the Hilton Garden Inn. If you know someone with a license and can finagle them to go with you, You can watch the workouts from the backside and there's an excellent (and cheap) little breakfast shack back there as well... Pretty cool to watch them gate train in the AM upclose |

![]() The tour of the barn area is great. It is so picturesque and peaceful listening to the horses winnow so early in the morning. It is a great experience that you will long remember. Every fan should do it at least once. It makes you appreciate the people and the horses that make up this great sport.

The breakfast buffet sucks, half your table can't even see the works and the food is average and obnoxiously overpriced. Just bring your own food. If you want to see the Oklahoma barns just park in free parking and walk through on your way back. They are real nice at most of the barns. |
