Nicklaus was 46 when he won the Masters.

Julius Boros is the oldest player to win a major. He was 48 when he won the PGA in 1968.

So, 40 years since Boros and now Norman, at 53, is trying to win the oldest tournament.

Chances are he'll lose, but I'm rooting for Norman.

I find myself rooting for the "old" guys more and more these days. Will be interesting to see how he does now that the heat is on. If he can win, the choke monkey will be off his back. It may have been a long time ago, but he HAS to be thinking about it today. One bad hole might do him in.

I tell you what, this Anthony Kim is the real deal. Not sure he'll win but one hell of a year.

If the wind picks up...Chris Woods better get on his ankle weights...he probably isn't even 7 stones in weight.
