Good point. You could have an issue, regardless of a private entity. I am sure their bylaws, rules, etc. could be revised -- but I think you might find an owner, a big owner, who would challange it. Maybe not.
Talk about a public relations nightmare. Can you imagine the backlash if such a rule were adopted and some big owner challenged it after the fact?
