Default Ohio Valley 'cap tonight at Mountaineer

Very interesting betting race(couldn't find any free pp's to post). It's the 9th race, 6 furlong sprint for f&m's 3yo and up(showers likely). At first I liked the #3, Silent Street at 10-1 ml odds, until I came to #8, South Atlantic at 30-1 ml odds. Strange thing is, I later noticed South Atlantic is tops in Bris's Prime Power. I don't believe I've ever seen a 30-1 shot as their tops in Prime Power

Anybody else see this Turf course at Mountaineer???

The "Turf" is like some abandoned feild. I kid you not, the grass is like 15 inches high.

I have never seen anything like this, its actually touching the gate, the grass is over the loaders knees.

This is classic!!

I noticed that, too. Unbelievable.

I'm waiting for one of these horses to nail the fridge or the old rusted Ford hiding in the high weeds somewhere.
