They apparently are helping. Since Burma will not accept
US aide or planes, the US is using Chinese planes to get
aide in.

On the other hand the Chinese have pledged a whopping
1 million US dollars. Maybe this goes a long way in Burma.
So I guess China will get few boxes of rice in on their
own. Jeez.
