Might be your answer here:
Jockey Norberto Arroyo Jr. has been out of action since last week, returning to Boston to care for his ailing father, Norberto Sr., who was once a sparring partner for one of the greatest boxers of all time, Roberto Duran. Arroyo last rode at Aqueduct on March 26. 4/3 edition of the Daily News. Might just be easier to ride there while caring for his father.
