I think you've hit the nail on the head here. I simply don't agree with their view on fractional wagering.

Personally, I would draw the line at wagers that require three horses (triples, pic-3s).

Why not have penny exactas? Wouldn't that be fun? We could all start bringing buckets of change to the track and count it out every time we want to place a wager!
I basically just hate the dime-super and wish it would go away forever. But then again, I hate the Breeders' Cup too, so perhaps I am just too old-fashioned.

I like the dime super but think it should be an online bet only on big days. If it has to be allowed on track then close the pools for it at 10 MTP so people spending $2.40 on a complicated superfecta play don't clog up the lines.
