4/16: Keeneland C/O Selections

need some help..

7th race.

Kent D was named to ride #4 Sweetist Kiss for Tagg and Cornelio was named to ride #6 Runaway Cat. I guess Cornman didnt make it in so, they moved Kent D. OFF the #4 Sweetist Kiss and onto the #6 Runaway Cat and put Prado on the #4 Sweetist kiss.

What to make of this? I assume he likes the #4 better? Wouldnt Kent D be pissed if that was the case?
