I already saw them with beer. These are top notch, first class, honestly genuine guys. You guys are quite fortunate to have such a crew that you can hang with on weekends. Most of my best friends live in places far from me most of the year. They live in Kentucky, New jersey, NYC, Rochester, Florida, etc. For most of the year its kinda lonely. I have some friends here but not my best friends. Its really incredible for 6 weeks here to have so many friends in town and have great times. You guys must have one hell of a time each weekend with such a cool bunch of guys and I am quite jealous.

Maybe if we pass around a hat we can take up a collection so that you can take John Frank out there with you next time. After all isn't he the true Chicago legend? That's what he keeps saying anyway.

I'll be here!!!! Maybe the breaks will stop beating the boys by the time you come back. All I could see all day yesterday was that vision of Johnny V grabbing Vig and then rushing him back up into the same hole he was just in and little wings on a stack of 46 hundred dolar bills flying off into the sky. I met a guy yesterday who had the same beat and he was as inconsolable as I was. He just kept saying what I said here, "of all the times for Johhny to screw up and make a dumb mistake it had to be when I needed him for a score?". Ouch. We will get them later in the meet, my pain is just starting to ease today, like a two day hangover that beat was a two day pain festival.

Well I mean what hurt so badly was him losing by a very short and very rapidly diminishing head. Two strides after the wire he had the winner beat again. If he had lost by a length or two I woud have been steamed but not totally sure that Johnny's brain cramp didn't cost me. But when teh horse lunged back at him at the wire you just knew that the total waste of energy on the backside cost him a lot more than a head. Johnny has given so many awesome rides that I have cashed on that its kinda hard to be real steamed at him. He just screwed up and probably vomited at his own ride when he watched the replay.
