Terrific! Be sure you get it rented for the 2010 World Equestrian Games, too - should get the same amount of money, even though the games are in Lexington.

Folks around here are already buying up houses to rent for the WEG.

Havent heard of those games. 1) What are they? I think Louisville is about 1 hour from Lexington. 2)You think people will rent in Louisville?
