Here's an example of why the game, which is challenging enough when approached rationally, deteriorates to the attempted plumbing of the mind of a simpleton.

Glass Blower puts in a huge, TROUBLED, late run sprinting on the turf, in a race where the top held well, and Castellano had him drifting like a drunk from OVERwhipping in the lane. So, reason dictates that Andrade gets him back on the turf SPRINTING, ideally in a race with some early hop, where he'd be A LOCK. NO.

He decides the horse really needs to sprint on the dirt. Okay, so let's assume that Andrade is not really an IDIOT and is trying to OBFUSCATE the form of the horse (as they love to do down up at TAM).

Tomorrow, GB is back ROUTING on the TURF. I got alot of confidence in the trainer on this one.

Nothing with you, Hooves, obviously, just a rant against these idiots that use/abuse horses by not running them where (class/distance) they belong.

Glass Blower got 2nd in the dirt sprint last race and ran the best beyer of his career. . . Now he goes 2 sprints to route. What's the big deal?

Glass Blower's biggest problem tomorrow is not the suface or distance but the post position.

Yeah, I wait around all week for the Beyer numbers to come out so I can actually develop an opinion of the races I've seen. Must've missed that week. My bad.

It's a terrible betting race. I like Brimming but there is no way he'll be 10/1 or higher. Whoever is doing the m/l at Gulfstream must be doing jager bombs between each dart throw.

Gee, guess the MILE wasn't the best option for Glass Blower after all.

Nice late kick going 5F translates into a chasing/quitting one going 2 turns.

Way to waste the form of a fit horse.
