I don't care what sale the horse comes from. Sales don't make the horses runners. Expensive purchase prices don't make the horses runners. I just want a horse that can run, win races, and is worth more than it's original purchase price. I have seen 30,000 dollar horses have better workouts at sales than 500,000 dollar horses before. Of course, these 30,000 dollar horses were at sales like OBS April, not Fasig Tipton Calder.

I don't care if I own a claimer, a GI animal, a turf horse, a route horse...I don't care. I just want something that can run that earns more for me on the track than it's original purchase price. In other words, an animal that can pay it's own bills will stay in my stable. I'm in the game for the love of the horses and the sport. I'm not really getting into it to make money because so few make money at it. It would be great if I did, but I'm not expecting to.
