Default More NYRA trouble........suit.

Probably just a thorn in their side, but nevertheless a problem, and a sad ending for a filly.

It's a sad story . I feel bad for her and Culver.

It is hard to take the story too seriously when the horse is described as being 18 months old. I wasnt aware that NYRA was running yearling races. If Culver was so concerned about the fillies welfare he should have hired a private carrier to have her moved.

Good point. One has to wonder about the accuracy of the story as well as the devilish details not described.

Seriously if the horse needed ambulatory services they simply had to pay for it.

Probably because the lawsuit wasn't filed in the early spring of '07
