NYRA had the benefit of good weather at the Spa. I think they only took races off the turf one day. Plus they had 36 days in 07 as opposed to 35 during the Spa meet.
On the flip side Tracknet (America Tab) did not take bets from NRA tracks from Belmont Park spring meet till the end of the year. As much as NYRA racing has become cheaper it's still has the best racing in the country.
