In this case it was an operator that has been there for a long time, is very good, and I like a lot personally. So, I would have just let it slide because it comes out of her pocket. However, it also wasn't a lot of money so it's easy for me to feel magnanimous. If it was thousands it would have been a problem I guess. I'm extremely careful, and the operators are good, I have had one problem in about 14 years.....and I make a lot of bets.

If it was an operator that I am not comfortable with, though usually I hang up on these, I would have made them make good on the bet.
