If there is anyone that wants to bet Showing Up heads up agains English Channel.....PLEASE...PLEASE....PLEASE....let me know... I can double my net worth in a matter of 2 minutes.....

Kev, I can't wait for this because this guy has just enough ego to let it outweigh his common sense(hes not a dumb guy, quite the contrary, hes bright outside of horse knowledge) and give us that matchup. I'm actually counting the days until the Turf Classic where they are both on course to meet. I'm actually hoping that Showing Up wins the Secretariat so this guy gets emboldened and gives us the matchup. Please let Showing Up win the Secretariat.

Dude, you have no idea what you are talking about. Showing Up has become a monster over the last few months. He is no longer the cute nice horse he once was.

I might be up at Saratoga next weekend. I am heading to Arlington the following weekend of the 12th, but I 100% have to be at Saratoga on the August 15 for a yearling sale, so we can make our wager then.

I guess it will have to be a bet of which horse finishes ahead of the other. Showing Up is likely to be 4-1 or better and EC 2-1 or better so it is pointless to bet only if one wins, which I am sure Showing Up will do. But I won't take even money when I can get 4-1 or better.

So, the bet can be which horse finishes ahead of the other. Correct?
