It is size of the state. Ohio is not as good as TExas, Cal and florida...that is it. Pennsylvania can complete but isn't as good. Every school get players from out out of state...it isn't rare. It is not a big deal they have starters from other states...all the schools do it. Ohio produces football players...period.

Year in and year out Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi produce as many, if not more, top prep players than Ohio. Look it up.
