I don't know either of them personally, but I know who you are speaking of, both people....the 2nd guy is real serious

Default TG taken up

My recollection is that points are not subtracted (lower the number the better) on Thorograph when a horse is taken up or encounters trouble. Thus the number that KnS received in Tampa does not reflect the trouble that she encountered. In that sense, it is somewhat of a hidden number.....

That's exactly correct. They don't try to quantify the trouble, other than using a capital T when it is major trouble. It is the job of the user to decide how to interpret what effect it had on the figure.
