London is a smaller town, physically a bit isolated, lower income generally, and time-consuming get to from I-75 or I-65. The population isn't dense down there. I'm wondering why that area was chosen.

I think there is a valid point about new roads needed to be built, along with restaurants, hotels, affordable housing, police, fire, etc - they do not currently have the infrastructure in place to deal with that influx of people.

I think the primary problem is that they don't want "big city" stuff nearby, "ruining" the very rural area where they have chosen to live. Some towns do not want to grow.
