![]() it just seems a little immature to call someone a bitch
just because they disagree w/ you and then declare "thread over" when someone else does it's like you're a big titty baby personally, I was glad to see G win the SD |

![]() For first off a long layoff and at a distance less than his best, I think Giacomo's race looked pretty good. I thought he might not get the pace he needed to run past the front runners, but 6f in 1:09 and change set it up perfectly for him. He should move forward off of this effort, be fitter for his next race. If somebody goes with Lava Man the way Surf Cat did last year, Giacomo could pull a Borrego in the Pacific Classic.
I, too, thought it was too bad that Papi Chullo was DQ'ed, because the horse that he bothered (Rathor) was backing up at the time and wouldn't have hit the board in any case. Another one of those overhyped NY allowance winners. (Ring any bells?) No question that PC DID bother him, I noticed it at the time, but still a pity he had to come down. |

Please tell us ... oh great pedigree genius ... about all the champions the Sir Gallahad line has produced ... especially during its Golden Age ... from 1945-1955. We're all tingling with excitement awaiting your response. |

![]() I dont understand why a person can't state a differing opinion on a horse's performance and not get attacked for it.This is a Forum of Opinions...is it not?? Having read his analysis of the race, I don't think he was being unfairly negative. Let's face it, Giacamo didn't go off at box-car odds in the Derby because his pp's were so outstanding. He ran the race of his life and hasn't been a world-beater since. He is not the kind of horse that inspires superlatives. It was a nice race; he won,,,good. But the original poster was more interested in using his victory as some kind of catharsis and reason to berate anyone who didn't think Giacamo was the Second Coming. You start a post that way, about a horse that has had more failures than victories and you set yourself up for others to offer you a reality check.

... any horse they like who wins a race ... no matter when and where the race is run ... must be called "impressive" ... and anyone who says the horse may not have been "impressive" ... is a loser ... a fool ... an idiot ... unless ... ... unless it's a horse they don't like ... then you can't say the horse was "impressive" ... because then you're ... guess what? ... right, you guessed it ... a loser ... a fool ... and an idiot. You can't win, my friend ... somtimes you just can't win. |

![]() I enjoy calling people b itches, especially if they are men.
Even better is c u n t, now that is my favorite. Although, Scuds is kind of acting like a b itch right now for not letting it go. Why wouldn't you just tell Danzig to eff off and let it go? It must be those liberal left-coast ways..... |
