Chunky is very sweet, so I actually usually cede him to a friend of mine who is a beginner. I like two of the appys there- Snickers and Cosmo. Cosmo is great for working on getting your entire leg on him, as he's so bouncy at the sitting trot, that if you're not riding with leg on and back relaxed you'll get bounced right out of the saddle! He and Snickers have their fair share of attitude, which makes them a bit more fun.
