I dont know why the feel the need to show that injury over and over. Everyone with any television access has already seen it, but nobody I know wants to see it.

I dont think any of us missed anything special. Looks as though as if it was as exciting to watch as a harness race.

Delaware Handicap or Ladies Golf...Hmmm, thats a tough one. Probably rather keep my TV turned off.

Please allow me to ask you a question? Since you like to bad mouth Delaware and you have since the ESPN board, have you ever been there? Do you know that it has one of the nicest paddocks and barn areas on the East Coast?

Realizing the race was a one horse affair, I could see the hesitiation in watching the race, but why always pick on other tracks? I realize you live in Saratoga, and even thogh it's undoubtedly the nicest, there are others with some redeeming qualities.

I have been to a ton of racetracks and the new Delaware Park is beautiful. One of the nicest tracks in america. I have yet to see Arlington, which is getting a lot of bashing, but I am going in 4 weeks for the big day. I just hope it isn't 100 degrees. The european horses don't like it that warm. I guess no horses like it that warm.

I wasnt badmouthing Delaware racetrack (sorry if you got that idea), I was speaking to the race itself. Maybe the analysts on ESPN determined that the race itself was a very lopsided matchup and not all that significant. No I have never been there but I hear its real nice, especially the paddock.

There have been plenty of races at Saratoga and Belmont over the years which I would say the same about. I am not pigeon holing Delaware. Not sure how these lopsided races provide any entertainment value. Isnt that the problem with harness racing in general?

Think about ESPN. They have the choice of showing this race or showing Natalie Gulbis. You tell me who the masses are going to watch.

Her boobilee friends aren't that big Gander.

My husband was laughing at me whining and complaining about the friggen golf taking up my "horse racing". He said the same thing you did. I responded the same to him as I did to you.
