Trust me, I'm not Sumwon hating so please don't take it that way, but is the rail really dead? I've seen that a few times and while it may or may not be better to be wide down the stretch, the rail is hardly dead. The winners of the 1st race Friday and Saturday both came up the rail.
The track played entirely different on Saturday than on Sunday.
