I'm not gonna bother reading it...don't take offense...but I don't think many o people understand the hundreds if not thousands of EO that have been signed throughout history...don't blame just Dubya...Slick Willie signed a crap load of sketchy ones as well...and Mr Hillary will do just the same...and every single one of them could drastically change our lives if ever enforced.
