The difference is the duke lacrosse players weren't federally indicted. The Feds do not press these types of charges unless they have a serious evidence. Also, Vick met with both the comish and Falcon's ownership and stated that he had nothing to do with this a long time ago. Just like Rafael Palmero said I never took steriods, never; Vick is a flat out liar and should step away from football voluntarily and face his punsihment once he is found guilty. I suggest doing to him what he did to those poor innocent dogs.
