ATM Machines
For your convenience, ATM machines are at the following locations:
* First floor Grandstand at the end mutuel window, closest to the finish line;
* First floor Grandstand near First Aid;
* First floor Grandstand adjacent to Pony Tales Book Shop;
* Paddock area, outside the Customer Service Center; and
* Second floor Clubhouse behind Reserved Seat Section C.

Most banks here limit that. My bank is one 200 hundred per day. I believe there are some that allow 600 per day. I think it is a kidnapping fear procedure. You gotta go in to get the paper.

Depends on the owner of the machine, also your bank limits your daily atm withdrawl amount (which is negotiable I found out several years ago, called them in anger when I was heading to Calder with not enough money in my pocket and they upped it on the spot). It is the lesser amount of the atm limit vs. your card limit. Dell's method works well when the machine limit is low.....hit all of them.

There is a Wachovia machine here in St. Augustine that'll spit out $1k per transaction. The ATM's in Vegas virtually have no limit, they want you to empty your account if your bank will let you.

I remember taking $100 out of an ATM at Caesers Palace. It spit out a single $100 bill. Now that's class!

Interesting. Thanks.

So if one wants to kidnap one and empty their bank account, Las Vegas is the spot.

thank goodness we don't have kidnappings for ATM cards yet? Unless it's a law and not just bank policy I bet your bank will make an 'exception' rather than lose a customer.
