While I did lose money, it wasn't enough to get crazy about. I was surprised I was getting 9/2 when I bet her (went off at 4/1) and liked the horse a lot. It has nothing to do with betting. Anybody that actually watched the race knows you have a point. Its not as though you said " She couldn't lose, I would have won a fortune, and the rider buried me. " The simple fact is the horse was never given any chance whatsoever in a ride that was, at best, curious.
