After the bizarre decision to keep this horse routing and add blinkers, which led to a flop in Northern California in his prior start, Declan's Moon ran 2nd at 4/1 odds in an ALW race today at Hollywood Park...at a sprint distance, with the blinkers off.

He raced in 2nd place the entire way around the track, as the top two finishers, both exiting races from Golden Gate, were a clear 1st and 2nd throughout the race, making up a $190.60 exacta.

What did the winner do previously that led to me putting him in my Virtual Stable at one point? I'm guessing he threw up a 90+ Beyer first out as a 2yo. Always fun when you get a Digest Notification to see the two horses you had in your Virtual Stable run 1-2 in a race that pays out $190 in the exacta.
