Made an offer today on a farm here in Ohio.

27 acres, all pasture. Got my barn builder all lined up and ready to go. Got Ramm fence lined up and ready to go. Whooooooo-hoooooooooo!!!

Thanks for all the good wishes!!! I got the farm. Very exciting. The house needs a little bit of work, but not much. I will be re-fencing as soon as I close. I'm putting in Ramm vinyl fence, 3 rails of white down the long drive and across the front of the property. It will not only be very horse-safe, but also very "pretty"!!

congrats!! a bit of work, can turn into a lot of work. remember, if you hire anyone, get lots of references and everything in writing! and don't pay all up front!
