Right now my derby pick is O RLY?

I know he prefers to race at night but I talked to the guy who washes the groom's hyundai and he told me that the trainer's second cousin makes contacts for horses and he's designing a tinted contact specifically for O RLY?

I'm not too worried about ROFLMAO. The trainer doesn't like using blinkers and the horse obviously needs them. He'll hit the stretch drive and look at all of the people and just lose control.

Now GFY has a shot if he's gelded. Unfortunately his bloodline is rich with breeding superstars like ASL? and Care2Cyber so odds are he'll be the nuts come derby day.

This thread has Charles Hatton reading room written all over it.

I was away earlier today---getting my hair cut and shopping for clothes etc.---this is the first I've heard of Morty's imaginary horse being pointed for the Derby.

I was hoping he'd pass and use the Lone Star Derby/Dwyer route as his prep for the main objective.....the Ohio Derby...AKA "The REALLY Big One!"

Ladbroke's has lol lol lol at 40/1 in the Ohio Derby future book...and that may still be worth a stab.

PP. Remember the trainer of ROFLMAO doesn't like blinkers, BUT he loves cornell collars and cotton balls in ears, so..........you never know...

lol lol lol hit the french fry bag pretty good today according to trainer Otto Bodiman.

" Yup...he's looking mighty ready.I think we've broken him of trying to pace and also getting use to a jockey rather than a sulky. He should have never been miscategorized as a standardbred, but that's just a mistake we'll live with. We're going to gallup him 400 yards tomorrow and that'll about do'er........no sense leaving it on the workout track. We're ready to rock n' roll."

Said Bodiman.
