Seriously,
Cookbooks are very saleable.

"Capper's Cookbook" sounds like a winner to me.

I love Pad Thai. Tried it for the first time (against my will) last fall on Jockey Club Gold Cup day and loved it.

There's a few racetrack theme cookbooks out there... I have a cookbook collection of about 150... and tons of corporate brand brochure pamphlet type cookbooks.

Sizeable collection of antique Procter & Gamble items as well from my days there. Bottle of 'Joy' from its' intro year (1948)... Bars of Lenox, Bob-White and Ivory Soap going back well before 1900.. Box of 'Chipso'... "The Story of Crisco", a hysterical book from around 1935... all kinds of stuff...
