Compare that to what other top jockeys are doing in retirement - working the backstretch as a minister, developing a jockey school, working as stewards or other officials, giving back to the sport rather than cashing in on it.

I don't hold that against him. He is not alone in terms of cashing in. Who doesn't do that? I think most jockeys would do it as well except that they can't because they don't have what it takes. I don't understand the criticism of Bailey that I often hear. When I listen to the man its no wonder he was so great on a horse, he thinks and has a brain. He seems confident but I don't hold that against him.
