Guys, this thread didn't, in any way, involve manners. It didn't have a thing to do with manners.
That, I don't think at any time has been the point. Nor was it sanctimonious on anyone's part, including what I offered. At a point in life though, some sooner, some later, we all learn the skills that are needed in the exchange of opinion and ideas. And there's nothing wrong with tolerance or respect or ignore. It ain't about manners.
