You're right in being upset,Bill.
I would say, with the amount of crooked politicians in Jersey mixed with the lure of expensive licenses to open an OTB and the way they can diddle around with the handle to get more in their pockets and their cronies.........I'm thinking 2008, give or take some high-profile indictments.
