You, my friend need to get off your high horse and understand the facts. Having class is saying good luck to the other owners and trainers and then accepting the outcome of the race in a dignified manner--WIN or LOSE.
Umm without the tracks where would these trainers race their horses. There are 140 thousand people on Derby day. 139k of them are drunk. You have to have rules to protect the horses, the trainers and the owners. The tracks job is to provide a safe place to race horses. It isnt their job to kiss ass.
