You can pretty much right off SD, the guy's a hack, they have the best talent in all of the NFL and will be luck to go 8-8 with that guy...
1) They will play a much tougher schedule after having such a good year. 2) Norv will hopefully maintain the "status quo" and build a relationship with the dipstick GM 3) Hopefully they will be aggressive at the draft and trading time
