Default Federer plays Roddick tonight

Well the match takes place at 3:30am eastern time tomorrow morning.

Is this worth staying up for?

Roddick has been playing well but Federer has yet to lose 1 set in this tournament and has won 12 of their last 13 meetings.

Roddick couldn't hang with him(at all.) Gonzalez should beat Haas, and he has a chance in the final.Fernando is (for some reason) a much more smart player than he used to be.He easily blew Nadal away.He used to be such an impatient btch.Maybe he(Fernando) got hormone replacement therapy.Probably won't beat Federer this time, but is a threat the rest of the year(especially in the U.S. Open=was always his best surface anyways.)In other news, big girl(Serena) into the finals (versus Sharapova.)

I didnt watch the match but I guess it was a complete domination. Saw the highlights and it didnt even look like Roger worked himself into a sweat. There were some amazing shots Roger hit and it didnt appear that Roddick played bad. Looks like he is on his way to another Grand Slam win.

Roger and Tiger, let the comparisons and debates on who is more dominating continue. Good stuff here.

You really get a feeling that Roddick went into that match thinking he could win. He seemed more frustrated than ever before losing to Federer. I think its because he did everything he could to win and still could not even come close to taking a set. He threw his racket and had a few temper flare ups after Roger hit some of Roddick's balls back that Roddick believed were winners.

Hes easily the best I have ever seen. I dont remember Sampras beating guys who were playing their absolute best tennis in 3 straight sets.

I also dont buy the argument that the competiton he faces makes him look better. I dont think Federer would have had that many problems with Sampras and Agassi, and the guys Sampras and Agassi were beating to win their slams.
