Yeah I had a bad flu about a month ago, started drinking that stuff and after a few days it was gone. I'm not gonna say "it cured me in a day", but it at least helped me get through work n'stuff.
Green Tea doesn't taste very good IMO, but the stuff does work. I started drinking Mint Tea (because it tastes better than Green Tea by leaps and bounds) after that every day as opposed to pop and coffee to keep me going. Most TeaDOES have caffeine in it as well.
